Mr Ross and all his team were very professional yet friendly. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to go ahead with my upper eyelid surgery. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the procedure with the surgeon and the lovely nurse on hand to distract me while under local in theatre. I didn't feel any pain so very happy with the results so far. I am due to go back next week for a check up and change of dressing which is all part of the service. Will go back again in 6 weeks for a final check up. The surgeon really seemed to care and nothing was too much even offered to see me anytime if I had any concerns. Overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and his team.

Dr Ross was the third of four surgeons I had meetings with before deciding who I wanted to carry out my procedure. From the initial meeting with him I felt completely at ease and confident in his knowledge, experience and compassion. Dr Ross was thorough when explaining the various options I had available to me, what I could expect from each one and answered all questions I had relating to the surgery. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a decision and never felt that I was being swayed into something I didn't want (which I had experienced with another Dr). The operation went extremely well, the after care was fantastic whilst I was recovering in hospital and I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery. Dr Ross' staff and all of the hospital staff were all fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dr Ross to anybody!

Prior to seeing Dr Ross I had seen 2 other surgeons but there was something holding me back as soon as I met Dr Ross he listened carefully to my wishes and concerns he was very honest about the size and shape of my breasts would be following surgery and very realistic and he didn't make any false promises. He took the time to explain what could and couldn't be done which was very informative and made perfect sense, I felt fully informed. There was no pressure to go ahead with the surgery I was given time to make my mind up unlike some doctors/companies wish exerted a lot of pressure to book surgery on the spot. Any queries I had from booking surgery to the operation was answered promptly and honestly. The extra pre surgery appointments that are offered are invaluable to go over anything that is worrying you or ask those million and one questions you may have. I am very pleased with the size and shape of my breasts I only wish I had had this surgery years ago it has improved my health and boosted my confidence. All of the team are great very friendly yet professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the anaesthetist was very patient too and where possible and catered for my needs and allayed my fears. Food is lovely too!

I had breast augmentation surgery and felt in the most excellent hands from the initial consultation to the day of surgery and the post op care. Mr Ross listened carefully and put no pressure on me whatsoever. I always felt in the safest hands and the results are even better than I could have imagined, it's changed my life.
